1. About us
The Hairmony online store (the "Store") is operated by [Company name], registry code [Registry code], [Address] ("we", "us"). Email: hairmony1nfo@outlook.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the Store. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy. These terms do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
3. Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or appearance compared with the photos may occur. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping within the EU is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order applies to that order.
4. Orders and contract
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, if the product is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods shown. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when you or a person you named receives the product.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer in the EU you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Details are in our Return and refund policy.
8. Legal guarantee and complaints
You have a 2-year legal guarantee for products that are not in conformity with the contract. If you have a problem with your order, email us at hairmony1nfo@outlook.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve complaints within 15 days. If we can't resolve a dispute, you may contact the Estonian Consumer Commission (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at www.ttja.ee or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Safe use
Our products are heated styling tools. Please read and follow the user instructions included with the product, keep it away from water and out of reach of children, and let it cool down before storing it.
10. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by using the product against its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where this is not allowed by law.
11. Intellectual property
All content in the Store, including texts, images and the Hairmony name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
12. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
