Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Hairmony brush. If you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you named) receive the product, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at hairmony1nfo@outlook.com with your order number and a short statement that you want to cancel. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

How to return

  • After you contact us, we will send you the return address and instructions.
  • Send the product back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
  • Please pack the product carefully, ideally in its original packaging, and keep your proof of postage.

You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the product more than needed to check its nature, characteristics and how it works.

Refunds

We refund the full order amount, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back or you have sent proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds are made to your original payment method, free of charge.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us at hairmony1nfo@outlook.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will replace the product or refund you, and you will not pay any return costs. Under EU law you have a 2-year legal guarantee for products that are not in conformity with the contract.
