Free tracked shipping
Every order ships free with tracking to all countries in the European Union.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.
- Delivery times are estimates. Peak seasons, holidays or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will get an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs and taxes
Prices include VAT where applicable. For deliveries within the EU you will not pay any extra customs fees.
Address details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to fix it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or the tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us at hairmony1nfo@outlook.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the parcel is lost.
